The prices listed are guidelines only and vary based on depiction, size and overall time required.

Size is not a primary component in determining price. Some icons need more (or less) detail depending on the type or style that is being painted. Some styles do not require as much time or detail as others - this is reflected in the price.

Custom sizes and depictions that are not listed here or on our Instagram page will be quoted on an individual basis. Other icons seen on our site that do not have a price can be found on our Instagram page.

Prices/Custom Orders: Services

Custom Orders

We are able to fulfill custom orders for whichever depiction or subject of your preference. All of our icons are uniquely created and hand painted using egg tempera, natural pigments, 22K gold leaf & varnish.

We are also able to offer icons for churches and monasteries, we provide for iconostasis,

proskynetaria (wall shrines), reliquaries (λειψανοθήκες) at reasonable prices depending on the number of items you require. Shipping costs are based on weight and location.

Materials

The material used in the workshop is of utmost importance in order to ensure the quality of the product. The process starts by sourcing wood where selected pigments can be applied using egg tempera. Gold leaf is a key component and added to signify the glory and spiritual light. Lastly the icon is signed by the iconographer in order to distinguish their work from reproductions.

Our icons are personalized in a way that makes each purchase memorable for our customers. We ensure the quality of the icons and add small additions to all of our orders to help in the function of the icons, which is to create an atmosphere for prayer and worship.
